We just checked out of our Red Rock room. Here we go: as I checked in, the clerk told me to stop talking when I asked a question, the window in the room next to us was broken and taped together, in our room the chairs were horribly stained, the carpet was dirty, the beds were not changed, the nightstand had a white goo all over it, the room smelled moldy, mold was visible on the walls, the bathroom was dirty, the shower had no hot water, the soap had been used, the sink was sticky and dirty, the heat was barely cool, and when we left this morning, they sent their 8 year old son in pajamas to handle our check out.
