Balloon Company personnel were very courteous from time of phone call to buy the ride ticket to the calls to book the flight. My tickets were mailed to me the very same day I bought the tickets. I had to reschedule my ride several times due to high winds but I thanked the Pilot for canceling the flight when he thought the wind was too high to fly safely. Pilot even showed me how to go online on Internet prior to driving to the launch site to check the winds even if the sky was clear, so I could anticipate whether the winds would allow us to launch. No problems rescheduling the flight either. I bought a non-refundable ticket to save money on ticket price, so I was well informed by Pilot that no refunds could be given for any reason. Pilot was serious and made us feel safe and secure but yet Pilot was fun and made everyone laugh all the time. Pilot let us help in inflating the balloon prior to take off and pilot let us help repack the balloon after landing so we all learned a lot about ballooning. The view in the air was beautiful and air was smooth. The balloon looked new and well maintained which made me trust the aircraft. Balloon Chase truck was clean and nice. Champaign toast after flight was nice treat. I definitely would recommed this company to anyone. I have picture of balloon on my corporate wall that all my office visitors talk about. I enjoyed the balloon flight and trust the pilot and ground crew so much that I bought several more tickets to give to family as Christmas Gift certificates. I would recommend this balloon company to anyone. Many of my corporate business friends recommended this company to me and they were spot on. All the pasengers on the ride with me said it was the best ride they ever took. This pilot was very experienced and took care of us like we were his own family. I am a former airline Captain and Flight Instructor so I know flying well and felt my family was just as safe as when on an airline flight. I recommend Balloons Over Charlotte to anyone.
