Review content:
I feel so comfortable with them and have used them since my children were born. Each of them have different bedside manners (which is probably best for us to find the one that fits our preferences), but overall they provide great care. Schedule an appt with each of them because you never know who is available on those mandatory sick appointments that day.\r
\r
I especially enjoy visiting with one of their CNPs, Meredith Pike, who is available when the doctors are completely booked. She is super friendly and sincerely cares and really takes the time to listen and offer plenty of information to make you feel more comfortable with your treatment.\r
\r
I found them while doing background research and it's great that they have affiliations with St. Alexius Medical Center (hospital) across the street, as well as Children's Memorial Hospital in the city. So you know that they are learning from other general doctors' experiences and with those highly specialized in pediatrics. And we'll at least have affiliation in CMH if we ever had to check-in there.\r
\r
Yes, standard check up appointments can be booked, but if you stay on top of scheduling them 2-3 months in advance, there are no problems. I haven't had problems with scheduling same-day sick visits with my 2 kids (under 4). They've always seen us the same day.\r
\r
On a busy day, we probably had to wait 30-60 minutes in the lobby. But it's not their fault that the rest of us swamp them with a sick kid on any unpredicted given day with a flu strikes the main population. But generally, our visits are about a 10 minute wait.
