Businiess name:  Monroe Middle School

Review content:
Monroe Middle School is one of the best schools I have ever worked in, it is my third. I you want your child to attend a school that uses the latest research based curriculum ideas then this is the place to be. NC Schools To Watch came and visited the school back in December and left smiling and quite impressed. Monroe Middle is a finalist for this amazing award that is granted to few schools in the ENTIRE state; oh yeah I forgot to mention they sat and looked in on teachers without the teachers knowing and had high positive remarks. So the individual who would like to give Monroe Middle a negative review, ""watered down curriculum"". If they knew what the standards were for ALL NC they would realize we go above and beyond. Oh, and poorly educated teachers... I have a Masters most of my collegues have an advanced degree or are working on one. Some are even PHD candidates. So some people should research before they speak; especially negative remarks about a school that is in a county educational system with the same curriculum coordinators as THE REST OF THE DISTRICT and teachers that are certified by the state like all the others in THE REST OF THE DISTRICT!!
