i was pleasantly surprised by the food and service quality at outback. i am not partial to chain restaurants and usually avoid them. I am glad we made an exception in this case. the awesome blossom is actually very good. the higher end steaks were of great quality and cooked exactly the way i asked for. our waiter was knowledgable, attentive and pleasant. i will return!
