I moved here from The Lakes, which you can read the review for if you are so inclned, but moving in here was like moving out of hades and into heaven.\r

This is not the apartment for you if you're 21 years old and need to drink yourself into a stupor and throw huge parties every evening.\r

If you want to go home to a clean, quiet apartment, this is more your speed. The buildings are very well kept. The management was always nice. They have a well kept pool and small workout area. The 1 bedroom apartments have an enormous porch and outside storage. I can't begin to praise this apartment complex enough over my previous choices. This place has a back road that leads you out to Durant Rd, and coming out the front exit to the apartment complex puts you about a half mile from 540 on Falls.\r

I stayed in my apartment until I was ready to buy a house. If something ever happend and I had to get out of my house, I'd go back to Brookefield.
Pros: Quiet, clean, friendly
Cons: Apartment gym is small
