One star is being given because I could not post to the site without it (otherwise it would be blank). I had initially contacted this outfit to see about pricing, what the conditioning classes consisted of and just get an overall vibe of the place. I wanted to sign up my 12 year old son for some conditioning classes and then move up to one of the other courses offered. I walked in one day and a class was in session so I was not helped (totally understandable). I took what info they had (doc with class schedule, no pricing) and when I got home went to their website and used their email address to ask the questions. Its been over a month and I have received no phone calls or responses to my email. Over the last two weeks I have called three or four times (always get an answering machine).The final time I called (about two days ago) I left a message. As of today I still have not been contacted. If their response time is any reflection of how they care for their students I would stay away.
