Businiess name:  Humble Pie

Review content:
I actually like Humble Pie, but this Sunday was the worst. It was so hot. They were out of biscuits and potatoes (which happens) I realize however these come with the meal and no substitutions were offered. I am in the restaurant business and this would have never happened at my place of business. The attitude of the staff was extremely nonchalant about the fact that the restaurant was out of half their menu and then we saw the staff eating french fries as we were leaving. Why were we not offered an alternative to the above items? There are a lot of grocery stores in Raleigh, nobody could get some toast? Why were we charged for the items that normally come with our meals? It was a terrible disappointment and the Bloody Mary's are expensive and short.\r Cons: no carbohydrates offered with meal.
