Studio Supply at 421 on West Franklin Street is a good store if you're looking to get your art supplies somewhere local rather than wait on shipping. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable; both about the store and your artistic goals. Prices are on the cheaper end of reasonable without being a steal. There's also available parking practically next door to the store.
Pros: Good selection, nearby parking, and they'll place orders.
