Review content:
I love this place; I even enquired about franchise opportunities. This is the real thing, everything is made from scratch, the meats are roasted right there in front of you. You build your own sandwich or salad choosing from a huge selection of gourmet and fancy items.\r
I had a roasted pork loin sandwich with garlic aioli, arugula, sweet and sour cucumber and roasted jalapenos, it was out of this world.\r
I also recommend the picanha sandwich with the incredible peppercorn sauce (it is addictive, it has black pepper flambéed with butter and brandy), arugula, tomatoes and marinated red onions.\r
Yes, it is not a cheap sandwich (or salad) but quality has its price; as far I am concerned it is the only place in town where the words “gourmet sandwich” is not a false advertisement. All my out of town friends when visiting me in Dallas ask me to take them there, they love it. Too bad they stopped serving beer and wine. If you have flexible hours avoid lunch time, afternoons are much calmer. \r
