I own rental properties in Dallas and Washington DC, and I have a property management company for each. My DC property is always giving me trouble while my Dallas property has been drama free thanks to Rick Knobler and his staff.
I get almost immediate replies to my inquiries via phone and email and my property was always rented out quickly even in tough rental markets. I strongly recommend Knobler Property Management to anyone in the Dallas area who is looking to take the headache out of being a landlord.
