Businiess name:  Hawks Restaurant

Review content:
There's something about great service and amicable engaging people that gets your promoter energy pumping.\r \r Here are the five great things about this restaurant:\r \r 1.) Atmosphere. Beautiful, comfortable, elegant and sophisticated.\r 2.) Mike and Molly: world class chefs and friendly owners.\r 3.) Bartender: he's a certified sommelier and I would be comfortable calling him a mixologist. Order a Negroni or a Manhattan.\r 4.) Noticeably absent from the wine list are Silver Joke Cab (or Silver Choke) and Wrongbauer Chard.\r 5.) FOOD!\r \r People who are driving from the Bay area to Tahoe for the weekend should be stopping here for a meal. It's only 4 miles out from the freeway and tops anything in its area. \r \r Perhaps it was a little gluttonous of me to order the charcuterie, foie gras AND the wine pairing meal, but WTF you only live once.\r \r -M Pros: Burger topped with short rib! Cons: Not close enough to my house to walk every day.
