I'm a grad student at the UW and depend on my laptop for everything! Over the last few years, I've had various laptop 'emergencies', including crashes that threatened loss of all of my data, broken laptop parts, etc. Each time I brought my laptop to eBits, they were personable, reassuring, helpful, and honest about how they could help and what I should actually pay for (they've even encouraged me not to pay for certain items or services that were unnecessary). They've been able to fix my problem each time, even recovering my data after a crash. I feel like I have consistent, reliable, and trustworthy computer support I can call on when needed. I highly recommend eBits for help with your computer-- I wouldn't go anywhere else!
