Review content:
The folks at Ebits saved my bacon by helping me recover the data on a crashed external hard drive that had all sorts of family photos and music files. Not only were they competitively priced, their customer service was excellent. Hard drive recovery, it turns out, can be a labor-intensive process and they kept me regularly informed about their progress and provided me options about the impact certain choices would have on final cost. This level of service alone sets them apart from other PC and laptop repair places and I would recommend them highly.
