I am a very happy repeat customer of EBits PC Laptop! They offered me prompt, professional, and extraordinarily kind service at my last visit a couple weeks ago.
I killed my flash drive and needed immediate file recovery--I am a new college instructor, and the files on my flash drive represent countless hours of preparation for my class this quarter. In a panic, I visited EBits at their U-District location and learned that they would run a diagnostic ($50), then start recovery if that was possible. I told Jesper that the final cost of recovery would determine my ability to OK the recovery process, but decided to run the diagnostic anyway. A couple days later, I was overjoyed to hear that my data could be recovered, and decided to pay for the recovery. When I arrived to pick up the DVD containing all my precious files, imagine my surprise when Jesper offered me a substantial discount. He told me that he knew I had been worried about the final cost, so gave me a very generous break on the price of data recovery. I am very appreciative of a job well done and his thoughtfulness, and highly recommend EBits for outstanding service. Thank you so much to Jesper and his crew at EBits for recovering my data!
