Review content:
I am a student at the university, so I need to use my computer daily for both class work and personal connections. Twice now eBits has saved me from major problems by quickly fixing my computer's malfunctions. The first time I used eBits services I had kneeled on my compuer by accident and cracked the screen. Normally this would have been a very costly repair, but eBits (with luck) had the piece on hand so they did not need to ship it in, which also meant I did not have to wait for it to arrive. It was fixed in a day and a half. I was so releived. Then last week for no reason the sound output just stoped working. Just out of nowhere. Also, ever since I had purchased the computer there had been an annoyin icon popping up saying I was running out of disk space, somehow my computer was trying to save all of my files to the wrong drive. I took my computer in and was instantly helped, they wonderful people at eBits fixed all of my probems and had it back to me in two days. They are always very polite, and listen to all of my problems before the take in the computer, and when I get it back, they always explain what they did and give me pointers and tips for my computer maintenance techniques. I would very highly recommend this company to anyone, and I would like to thank it's owner, Jasper, for all of his help.
