Since we live nearby, we frequent this restaurant at least bi-weekly. First and foremost, for a quick and healthy 'fast food' meal, it cannot be beat. All the meats are naturally raised, and the chicken has no hormones. They serve the healthy black beans as opposed to re-fried beans, and have salad options in addition to tacos and burritos.
The servings are so large that my wife and I usually split a burrito or salad, but our son loves to make nachos by putting a side of carnitas on chips with some cheese.
Although we have been to this store multiple times which is always clean, and has a very friendly staff, our high expectations were exceeded this last Super Bowl. When given the choice by my wife, I requested Chipotle as they provide a lot of great tasting food for a very reasonable price. My wife put her order in a day in advance with Victor the manager, and picked it up at 4pm on Super Bowl Sunday. We had over 20 guests, and everyone loved the freedom of making their own awesome tacos.
Take some sterno steamable pans (like disposable chaffing dishes) which are cheap, add Chipotle takeout, and you have a great party, with healthy food, low stress, and easy clean up.
Add some margaritas and cervezas, and you are guaranteed success!
