If you want a Kirby vacuum, then I would recommend them otherwise, I would not. DBR staff came into our neighborhood offering to clean carpets in one room of your home if you recommend them to your neighbors. They presented themselves like a carpet cleaning company. It was a 3 hour demonstration of a Kirby vacuum, which I was vocal in telling them numerous times I could not afford, I was pushed into getting one I could not afford. They did state you had 3 days to get out of the contract, so the next morning I called DBR every hour until I got the salesperson to finally call back. My down payment check and old vacuum (used as a trade in credit) were returned, but there was dirt all over the back of my vacuum. Like I stated if you want a Kirby great, but they ARE NOT a carpet cleaning company as they present themselves to get into my home.
