My best time in the store was when I was working with Cindy - she was absolutely fabulous and is actually the reason I came back to make my purchase at the store. She is very professional and gracious.
My bad experince came from a female sales manager. When Cindy asked her to come over to answer some question I had, she(sales manager) would not even look at me. She was SO rude! I could not believe her attitude. It really put a damper on my experience there. However, I loved the furniture and the customer service experience with Cindy.""
