""Purchasing the sofa and table set was not the issue. The problem was with the delivery of the product. We were told that our delivery was going to be anytime from 2pm to 5pm with a 30 minute phone call from the delivery driver. Well, my husband and I were at the fitness center, and just started working out. We received a phone call at 12:50pm from the delivery driver, and he said he was 10 minutes away. My husband and I quickly ran out the gym, and rushed to our apartment because we did not want to be rescheduled for another day of delivery when our stuff was paid for already. We got there, and we went to our apartment. Our tables arrived first, but they were unwrapped. We thought it was ok since they were just tables. Then, our sofa arrived, which was only the seating part. The pillows and cushions were last. The sofa was also unwrapped. Then, they brought the pillows in with dirty, bare hands. They were hugging on some, and they were sweating all over our pillows profusely. The cushion had a huge sweat spot and a huge dirt spot. They were all unwrapped. The drivers did not wear any gloves, and everything was unwrapped! That was a big deal because the merchandise were supposed to be new! That was very unprofessional. Typically, furniture is still wrapped in plastic. We should have been made aware, or at least ask if it was ok to unwrap the stuff. Is this typical? Then, there was a nick on the side of the leather of the sofa, and the driver quickly colored it in! Wow, that was just a ridiculous experience. We were really angry! \r \r \r After this whole incident, Collin, the manager contacted us. He was very apologetic about the issue, and he even corrected the problem for us. He sent us two brand new seat cushions for our sofa that came in the mail, yesterday! We were unexpectedly happy! That was very nice of Collin to do after what happened with the delivery guys. Thank you very much and we appreciate it, Collin! Yes, we will come back to Furniture Deals again. ""
