Not only did my apartment flood.I am still told that i have to pay a carpet cleaning bill for the damage that was caused by flood damage. My car got broke into. I still live here at the scotsdale apartment for going on 2 years now and i am displeased. I know now what to ask and what to look for when it comes to looking for a new place to live, which will be here in the near future. I find that rules change,regardless of what contract that was signed. The neighbors are great and i will say that they keep the lawn mowed. When it comes to fixing a door hinge they can't manage to do that correctly. I would strongly recommend that if you are thinking about moving into this facility here in Springfield,MO on Battlefield st. I would look at something else!!!
