I joined xcel gym to be able to workout with a friend of mine and for my surprise I was jerked around just because I didn?t want to buy training sessions. First Ben(holladay trainer) canceled my orientation meeting 4 times then he told me if I am not buying training sessions he would assign me to see another person. Finally had my orientation with Michael(west jordan trainer) and we scheduled the final orientation for another day and guess what? Michael canceled me 3 hours before it! (Michael had to go help his girfriend to get a new dress! Can you believe it?) Michael set me up to see Cathy(west jordan trainer) on the exactly last day of the 30day money back guaranteed. What a coincidence! I called Chris(west jordan sales manager) and told him the situation and he told me he would wait and see me right after my appointment with Cathy and guess what? Chris was gone!!! He didn?t wait for me and left the gym. Conclusion: I can not cancel my membership and have my money back anymore! Isn?t that a perfect set up?\r
