I had wasted 2 paid vacation days staying home waiting for a technician, to show up hours AFTER my work day was over. I recall trying to get a hold of them for almost 2wks. No answer. I left voicemails. No call back. How does this business manage to stay open???\r Twice, I was told they could not locate their own technicians. On one, occasion I was called by a young lady from their office who was rude and extremely unprofessional. While attempting to expressed my concerns , I was interrupted by her and a co-worker laughing . When I asked to speak to a manager, she continued to laugh and said he is ""somewhere around the office"" and she would have him return my call. He never did. \r \r I had paid for the work order and would like a full refund. I am extremely unhappy with the lack of customer service. Quantum Mechanics has still not completed our work order. When, I spoke to an AHS rep last week regarding the status, the young lady told me that a comment had been placed into the logs by Quantum Mechanical stating that \r 1) I had missed 3 appointments. . \r 2) Technician asked that I refrained from cursing at their staff. ??????\r INCREDIBLE.... what kind of ""business"" is going to lie to their customers this way? Thats like cutting cheeze in an elevator with only one other person in it and blaming it on them.... Genuis! \r [Before the military, I have worked customer service for 4 years and I know that foul language will not improve any situation especially one that involves getting my A/C fixed when it?s 102 degrees outside.]\r I am offended . My wife and friends and been present while i've been on the phone with their staff. I've placed their staff on speaker phone a couple times so that my wife & co-workers could hear and they were pretty blown away by how unprofessional their staff was. I had made sure to call AHS frequently requesting that all my issues be logged and forwarded to uppermanagement in hopes of correcting the problem. We'll see how that goes....
