I purchased the Mother of the Brides dress, shoes, and a petticoat here and I found them very helpful and friendly. I wasn't buying a wedding dress and everything I bought was in stock. I had a problem with another bridal salon and the ladies at the Beaverton store helped get my shoes dyed in just a few days which they didn't have to do. It's a large chain retail store and it is obvious but for what I needed I was happy with the products and service.
