How do you reply when entering a store and a sales rep asks ""Can I help you?"" I say ""I'm just looking, thanks."" Beware if shopping here and say that. I found a dress I liked, and asked to try it on. I was told I would need to fill out a form and wait for a ""consultant."" (Test driving a car isn't this much work.) I started to fill out the form and was told I would need to wait 10 minutes for a ""consultant."" When I said I would just come back later, she practically yelled at me, ""When you came in you said you were JUST LOOKING."" I thought I was the customer?? If you can, spend the extra money and go elsewhere. They cater to those who do not know what they want, not to us who know exactly what we want. Pros: nice styles, good prices Cons: , mean sales reps, not willing to help
