I highly recommend that you do NOT use this store. For three years, they were great. Unfortunately, they fired everyone good and now running the show is the manager, Lou and store employee Victor. Both are dreadful. The customer service is horrific. We have used this store a great deal as we do a lot of shipping. We have also dropped off our regular mail at this location. In early February, during a one week window, we dropped off a number of important pieces of mail that never made it to their final destinations. We were able to identiy six pieces of mail (all mailed on different days) that this store blamed on the USPS. However, they all originated from the UPS location. Finally after ONE MONTH, the items have all arrived, ALL postmarked March 3rd. Apparently, Lou the store manager, had them in his car for 3 weeks to a month before he decided to take them to the Post Office. Trying to work with these two clowns as we were trying to locate the missing pieces was an even bigger joke. Unfortunately, one of the items, arrived too late for the receipent and that is something that can never be fixed. I feel horrible and have to live with the guilt of missing an opportunity to bring a smile to someone's life. For Lou and Victor, just another day of poor customer service. Unforgivable! If you care about your mail getting where it needs to go, do yourself a favor and AVOID this UPS store. Tell your friends. Pros: NONE! Cons: EVERYTHING - they lose your mail and the customer service is horrible
