To all who read this , I would just like to offer a few reasons why you should reconsider this complex for a new home , it's not a reputable place and I regret ever moving in...\r

1.Management: The management here is awfull. I have no idea where these people came from, or what their idea of public service is .It's a Joke. Leasing agents and managers are Rude, Short tempered and offensive.Be it with looks, comments or threats.Honesty is also a major factor.The people in the office and maintenance staff all lie.\r

2. Infestation: How would you like to wake in the middle of the night , use the bathroom, or to get a snack, only to find an infestation of ants in your bathroom and roaches crawling all over your countertops.Its reported more than 3 times and nothing gets done.Tenant must pay for outside extermination because management lets it go.\r

3.Laundry: Doors Never close properly and tenants belongings are at riske for theft and vandalism. I got to the laundry mat .Its a big inconvenience but my clothes wont get damaged.Im sure the complex doesnt mind .\r

4.: Towe Threats: My car had a flat tire.Maintenance approached me as I was fixing my flat.They threatened to towe my vehicle if I didnt finish in 10 minutes.\r

5:Security Issues and Parking:On more than one occasion, there have been shady characters looking into cars(Car Hopping) early hours I've noticed smashed windows.Police called , no issues resolved.Security here: NONE. There is never any parking and family and friends cant visit or they will be towed.\r

6.:Courtesy complex work warnings: They give you only 1 day notice for everything, whether its water, electric or construction.This is truely terrible.\r

7.: Winter safety: Very poor.Sidewalk salting, Not eneough.more than 1 slip and falls.\r

8. Cleanliness in public areas: The pool rim has mold.The gym equipment is dirty and the attendants dont clean the equipment after people use and sweat on them.Volleyball court has cigarett butts all in the sand.\r

9.Lease renewal Gifts: There are none.They offer gifts for renewing lease every year .All LIES. Every renewal we mark which gift we want and every renewal we get NOTHING. LIES they always LIES.\r

I am proud to say this will be my last year here and this nightmare will be over.Never again will I have to deal with That woman in the rental office.I would never reccomend Timber Creek to anyone.\r
