Review content:
When my father was suffering severe alzimers my mother decided to have new floor installed to improve the health of the house. Flooring America claimed he was selling her the best stuff, but it ruined her floors. I remember her trying to get the company to fix it, but they refused. I remember her crying on the phone while talking to them. They showed no sign of caring or being willing to help in any way. Their excuse - there is sometimes moisture under the house. What house in La is not wet at sometime. In fact her location stays drier than most. Plus nobody ever told her moisture would be a problem as if she could magically know that. I hate that such a cruel company is allowed to continue without making it right.
