Review content:
I called WhiteGlove in San Antonio for the second time on July 5, 2010. I had been suffering with a sore throat for four days and didn't want to go to the doctor in town. I called the service around 8:00 am and set an appointment for 10:30 am. The registered nurse arrived early at 10:00 am. Like the first time, I was greeted with a smile and concern for my well being. She made her diagnosis at our dining room table and supplied me with antibiotics and antihistamines on the spot. She would have gone to the pharmacy for me, if she hadn't had what I needed. She also provided a bag of goodies like the first time. This included crackers, soup, Gatorade, soda, and a few other items. How great is that! \r The nurse was local, personable, and knowledgeable. We talked liked we knew each other and shared stories. She stayed about 30 minutes and wasn't rushing to leave. \r I think this is an awesome service and long overdue. No more driving to to the doctor or clinic, traffic, waiting, or being around other sick people. They will also go to your place of employment.\r WhiteGlove called me the next day to check on me. My own doctor doesn't do that. They also sent me an email confirming the appointment, and because I have gmail, it automatically set the appt. in my calendar and sent a reminder. This is excellent customer service.\r Thanks WhiteGlove! Pros: Prompt Professional, Caring, Convenient
