I have been shopping at Trader Joe's for over 10 years. For many years I considered the Silver Lake Trader Joe's my store. But then the Hollywood and Vine store opened a couple blocks from where I work and I started shopping there on my lunch. A employee by the name of A.J. really goes out of his way to make sure I am secure with my experience each morning I am there. He runs around that store attending to everybody it seems like. One would think he runs that store yet does not wear a flower shirt yet. A.J. is funny and puts a smile on my face every time he checks me out. With simple conversation , politeness, and body language A.J. makes me and everyone in his line feel like they are at home. I have made friends with other customers who I have met standing in line at A.J.s register. A.J. keeps everything moving and always makes sure everybody waiting in line is involved in the conversations while bagging groceries. I enjoy the service I get so much from A.J. that now my husband and I drive to the Vine store every other weekend to do our regular shopping because we know A.J. will be there to assist us with our purchases and over all experience shopping together. We love Trader Joe's , but if every Trader Joe's had a employee like A.J. the Vine store would not be so special to us. The Hollywood Vine Trader Joe's is beautiful and the service I get from A.J. is exceptional. I recommend doing your shopping early at this location between 9am and 11am Wednesday through Sunday because those are the days our favorite employee is scheduled. He is one of the reasons we no longer go to Silver Lake. Thank You A.J.
