Sorry to burst your bubble but Bounce-n-Glow is not all that's crack up to be. \r
To let you know, the only reason i even gave a star to Bounce-n-Glow was b/c you \r
have to at least mark one. If it was up to me there wouldn't have been any Star!\r
How do I know, you ask? Well, I had my son's birthday party their. They will \r
Never give you a Re-fund...Very Dirty...Kimber (the party manager) was/is fake & \r
very rude to me and my son's guests. I was suppose to have a food runner (it's \r
funny they call them food runner's when they don't run anywhere) & they are \r
nowhere to be found. Noticed on my Bill, i had a $25.73 gratuity (Why do they \r
tip on a child's birthday, when the parent's are the ones doing the work?) I \r
paid over $200.00 Dollars (the smallest package) and didn't even get everything \r
i was suppose to for the party...Example: A hat for the Birthday child (nope) \r
Invitations(nope). I paid for all the kids in the party.. but the kicker is, \r
Some of the parents had to pay for their children too..Where did our money go \r
for the party?.. Get money back (nope) My daughter was playing in the Toddler \r
Area and well, lets just say when did teenager's turn the clocks back & become 3 \r
years & under? All ages are aloud to play in toddle area.. okay?? Oh, the \r
security at the front was any. AT ALL! God for bid some sicko was walking around \r
nobody at the front to stop them from taking YOUR CHILD. Granted, parents are \r
suppose to be watching them. But come on, when you're told there will be \r
security at the front door & security walking around & stamping your \r
child/parents hand to get in the door, You would be upset,right? . My Point is \r
to all parents or someone wanting/knowing someone who is going to be having a \r
party here ,think again! You will be so upset by the end of the party, you won't \r
even be able to be spending time with the birthday girl/boy b/c you will have \r
had a nervous brake down. Oh, PS i hope you have got your Tetanus Shot before \r
coming. Because if not you will be needing one after.. DIRTY (I'm surprised \r
Health Department hasn't shut them down) That's the truth..the whole truth and \r
nothing but the truth! Sabreena and John Williams.. i think you better open your \r
eyes and take a good look at your business & staff & see their is a lot to fix. \r
Stop wasting time on your fake reviews pretending to be some customer & do what \r
a Owner of a business does and fix problems or you will not be a Owner anymore.. \r
I really hope the Owner's read this & maybe get back to me and give me the \r
refund or something for all the unneeded stress on my son's birthday. I wish I \r
could have enjoyed my son's party!\r
I regret even having my son's party at Bounce-N-Glow!\r

you have been giving my son NIGHTMARES! I hope that makes you sleep at night!\r
It's pretty sad/scary/sick that an owner of a place of business is for Family & \r
Children. Shes the one that owes me money...Go Figure! PARENTS-PLEASE DON'T HAVE \r
A CHILD'S BIRTHDAY HEAR OR SHE WILL HOLD YOUR INFORMATION THAT SHE GETS FROM YOU \r
OR LOVED ONES ,OVER YOUR HEADS. To tell you the truth, this place should be shut \r
down,asap! And the owner SABREENA WILLIAMS should be in JAIL. NO PERSON THAT \r
DOES THESE SORTS OF THINGS SHOULD NEVER SHOULD BE AROUND CHILDREN. I pray for \r
you and your family Sabreena, for you to change and get the help you need. \r
