Review content:
I had an absolutely horrible experience at the Grass Valley DMV Office all the way from my first written test to the third (yes, third, because the employees at the office wouldn't let me behind the wheel because of their own computer mistakes) time I attempted to take my behind-the-wheel test. The women working at the GV DMV are rude and insensitive. The last time I went in for my behind-the-wheel appointment I was on time but I was forced to wait in line to check in. By the time I got to the counter, it was four minutes after my scheduled appointment. The woman lied, saying that she had been calling out my name the entire time while in reality I had watched her drinking her coffee from the moment I walked through the door, and wouldn't let me take my test. When I attempted to file a complaint, the women at the DMV Office wouldn't let me until I gave my name for them to file their own complaints although I had done nothing wrong. I didn't raise my voice. I didn't get angry. Although I calmly explained the situation to them and simply told them how cheated I felt, the women I spoke with treated me like some kind of criminal. I finally told them that I would be doing my business elsewhere and left. Worst DMV Office I have ever been to. If you're thinking about taking your test here, my advice is this: don't. Go to the Auburn DMV or the Yuba City DMV instead. This isn't the first time I've been treated poorly at the Grass Valley DMV but I can tell you that it will be my last.
