Review content:
We've been using Hyde Air Conditioning for about 6 years. They are a family-run business and they have a track record. When you live in the desert, you like to keep everything in a good state of repair. Hyde guarantees same-day service and that was a big deal to us. We did have a problem with our AC this summer and called them at the end of the day. They were here in an hour.
We have been very satisfied with Hyde. They do the maintenance of our units and some additional work as well, including some zones that we had put in. We had a room that wasn't getting as good circulation as we wanted because it was the farthest from our unit, so Hyde came out and made a number of suggestions. We went ahead and had them do the job and were very happy with the result.
