I waited for 30 minutes when I was advised it would be a 10 minute wait and then my order was wrong on top of that. The owner tried to convince me that it was correct when it doesn't take a genius to know the difference between a 4 cheese pasta w/ a creamy romano sauce base and a pasta w/a sun dried tomato based sauce. I brought the food back for a refund and he became very upset. He condescendingly offered me $10 vs. the $6.50 that I was due and was speaking to me loud enough for the rest of the place to hear everything. It's not that big to begin with so it was embarrassing. Employees have taken food back because he is heavy w/ cheese, will place a big greasy piece of meat in the middle of salads and sometimes the order is just plain wrong. The coffee based drinks are not mixed well and I've never said a word. Just last week, he added mushrooms to my sandwich and I never asked for them. I have ordered a bagel a few times and there is more cream cheese than there is bagel. I have frequented the establishment because it's quite convenient but certain dishes aren't that great and if I'm a paying customer and not satified with my meal I should be able to say something without being belittled. I will no longer frequent this establishment.
