I went in to get the Kelly tire buy three and get the 4th tire free promotion. Midway through my inquiries, Mike switched the model of the tire to one that costed $20 more per tire, and totally left the model I was interested in., He said that he had to go to the warehouse to get the tires that costed $20 more, when all the time, they were physically at his shop, he wanted to sell me what he had in stock. He lied about the Kelly tires he wanted to sell me, and never said anything more about the Kelly tires that I was interested in. The Santa Ana Allen Tire shop has no integrity, I then went to the Fullerton store which confirmed that the Santa Ana store did in fact have the tires they were trying to sell me (to reduce their inventory with something I didn't want), and the Fullertron store was willing to obtain from other stores in the chain the tires that I wanted in the first place. Santa Ana Allen Tire lost a customer, but thanks to the Fullerton Allen Tire Store, the customer was saved for Allen Tire Company as a whole. Thanks, Fullerton store,
