Review content:
Buyer beware / Renter Beware\r I see that Traditions Realty has listed 3221 Park Street for sale or rent. We recently completed a 28 month rental term at the property. Based on the significant problems we experienced (3 major water leaks; major problems with the electrical system and over 10 visits to try and repair the HVAC units) we believe that any potential buyer will find themselves faced with a classic version of the ""Money Pit"" in trying to turn this property into a comfortable home. We would sugest that you not be seduced by the exterior image of the property. If you are considering renting this property, I would also suggest that you look elsewhere. In spite of the fact that our lease specified a monthly rent of $3225, twice during the term of the lease, the owners tried to raise the rent. It cost us over $1000 in legal fees to enforce the terms of the lease. We are now suing the owners in small claims court to recover our $3500 security deposit. Again, based on our experience, I would avoid dealing with these people.
