I found them because they had the most competitive pricing and they're located near our home. The value and service we received exceeded my every expectation. They are family owned and operated. Exceptional customer service. They asked all the right questions. Their hours of operation are longer than most establishments. The location does not smell like animals or cleaning products. 1-4 hours of daycare, in addition to walks and one-on-one attention, is included in boarding costs. They want to know your dog's routine to follow it and they don't charge extra for that! They send you home with a report card, letting you know how what your dog was up to. Most importantly, my dog came home and he isn't stressed out --he's calm! I would recommend Plano's 4 Paws Inn to anyone with a pet! You can't beat the value and service! I won't board my dog anywhere else!
