After seeing mixed reviews, we thought we'd give this local institution a try. My husband is a spicy hot foodie, he tried the Inferno Burger...hotter than any he's had even in Texas where hot is King...I had the Garlic burger, fresh garlic in the patty, sautéed on the patty and grilled into the bun! Amazing! To top it off, fresh homemade garlic fries!!! The beef is local and very lean and fresh...unbelievable flavor and so juicy...we can't wait to go back. We were told that with new management cleaned house...new waitstaff and cooks, the old recipes are now prepared to perfection. Oh! I forgot the awesome shake! It was huge so we shared it, made with hard ice cream and perfectly blended. I can't believe the quality of the food, amazing!
