Avoid! Jed the finance manager is a Shyster! He took advantage of my mother and added the 3 year extended warranty not letting her know it cost $2000. He deceived her and added it into the interest of the loan! My mom, 65 year old, bought the car here in Chicago but she lives in Virginia, she still has NO Tags 2 months later because they have not sent her the Viginia state taxes they charged her on the loan. They have created a complete nightmare for me and my Mom. AVOID this dealership and especially Jed the finance manager!
