I have tried on numerous occasions over the past six weeks to get a human being from this company to return my calls. They did not send me all of the photographs that I had paid for, of my sons graduation.\r

If you are going to use this company for your occasion, better think twice. They do not return calls if you had a problem with their services.\r

Update: 9/01/06...now they appear to be out of business...no answer or answering machine on this phone number. Later losers...\r
Pros: The quality of the photographs was good. This is the only good thing I have to say about this company.
Cons: If you have a problem with your photo order after it is paid for and delivered, they will NOT return your calls.
