Review content:
The Blue Goose in Plano was rocking on a Saturday evening. Me and my dinner date waited for about 15 minutes which isn't bad at all. The minute we sat down a stack of fresh-off-the grill flour tortillas were set on our table, shortly followed by some warm chips and salsa. Both were amazing! The bar was packed and it was nice and loud. The ""queso con todo"" won me over along with a frozen margarita. The fajitas came out quickly and were juicy and flavorful. I loved the crowded bar scene, it's the way a good cantina oughta be. What a shame it's wasted on all these uptight Plano conservatives!
Pros: Fast service, great food and margaritas
Cons: Too many big groups and families crowding up the waiting area
