Review content:
I have known a few people that stayed here. Roaches and silverfish for roommates. The silverfish have decreased in number within the last year but no luck with roaches and another small bug has seemed to emerge (unsure what it is since I am not used to bugs in residences on a regular occurence). Expect construction work to be done at inconvenient times i.e. as early as 7:45am on the weekends and about about 8am on the weekdays (with little or no notice). Overall, the location is nice but the property leaves MUCH to desire. Hopefully the review helps on improvements.
Pros: nice beach backyard, nice location
Cons: silverfish, roaches and overpriced
