I rented an apartment from afforable realty back in march or 2009. I paid them the equvalent of one months rent. After I moved into the apartment they put a for sale sign on the house (dirty little trick) I called the agent and was assured I was safe. Two years later they sold the house and as unbelivable as it may sound the apartment I was renting was an illegal conversion. In order to get me out so that the could sell the property, they sent in the department of buildings. The apartment was vacated by the orders of the department of buildings. The illegal actions of this realty ant it agents caused me to be homeless for six months. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. I REPEAT MY SELF DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
