I went in with my aunt for a mammogram. I never mentioned that I was a technologist. First my aunt waited an hour and a half for the mammogram. She went to her doctor later in the week and was informed that she now needed a sonogram. She now made the appointment for the sonogram and waited almost 2 hours for the sonogram because her paperwork was misplaced. She only found about the misplaced paperwork when she asked if she would be taken soon because she needed to go to work. The girl behind the desk was anything but nice to my aunt, which infuriated me because I could not come to this appointment. People pay these facilities for a service these facilities don?t pay us for our services. This facility is not worth it in my opinion.
