Businiess name:  Ruth's Chris Steak House

Review content:
I have dined at Ruth Chris on several occasions and have come to the conclusion that it isn't really all that it's cracked up to be. Service is either absolute perfection or the opposite. My most recent visit was complicated by a server who started off the night perfectly, attending to our every whim, and then disappearing for about 40 minutes after entrees arrived. We quite literally had to track down someone to provide us with dessert menus. As for the food, the desserts need an update. They are all old hat. As for the main dishes, the filet is delicious, though I am always saddened to find fat in such a pricey cut of beef. I think I would rather walk down the block to The Palm... Pros: Location Cons: Service inconsistency, price $$$
