I have purchased several rooms from Rooms To Go. I have had great experiences everytime. Most recently, I bought a living Room set sofa, loveset & chair. Instead of bringing a chair, the item delivered was a center piece for a sectional. The driver immediatly called the warehouse. They took the item back with them and in (3) days I had my chair. I have purchased from other companies in the past it has been weeks before an item was corrected. My sister has purchased a livingroom set from Ashley's. Their sofa arrived damaged, the driver told them they had to keep it until it was inspected by a technician, 3 months later, my brother in law threathened to go to the media and they finaly received an exchange. I find RTG prices very reasonable, and their sales people knowledgable. I now have my family buying from them exclusively and I would recommend purchasing from them any time.
