Businiess name:  Oak Floors By Todd Conti
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Shoddy workmanship. Damaged my house and left a mess. Todd Conti the owner advertises he is a member of the Better Business Bureau on his web site and the BBB has contacted him to stop. He IS NOT a member of the BBB. Also Todd Conti uses the National Wood Flooring Association logo on his contracts and he is not a member. The wrong color was applied and the moulding Oak Floors installed is cut wrong, beat up with a hammer and there are large gaps between the moulding and the wall and also large gaps between the moulding itself. Finish is not applied by hand and hand rubbed as he advertises. It was applied by using a long handled paint roller in less than 10 minutes to 3 bedrooms a hallway and a foyer. It is slopped on my walls and woodwork and there is no finish on some places and too much at other places. Gaps and holes were not filled and there is still paint on my floors. My woodwork around the doors are ground and damaged at floor level and above. Chipped paint and a damaged new steel door was the result of there workmanship. My wooden round top front door was scratched along with my ceramic tile in the entrance. I refused to pay him until he corrected the problems and he refused because it would cost him too much. No satisfaction guaranteed with this company. Todd Conti only cares about the money. DO NOT USE OAK FLOORS!
