I went to Auto Zone to test my battery, bought a new one, had them install it, that was fine. I got a mile down the road at the bank, turned the car off and when I went to start it, nothing. I called them and the girl said, it sounds like your alternator, I told her no, the battery cables weren't tightened on and one screws was stripped and broke, she told they couldn't do anything and to call AAA. I got the cables to get a connection, drove back and still no help, not a screw in the place to tighten the cables down, and sold me a whole new battery cable. What kind of customer service is that? Very unhappy with the service and overall responsiblity of that store in glen Burnie, MD 21061
