My visit to this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare. I was disrespected, humiliated, assulted, and my money was stolen from me by the employees of this franchise. The district manager, Mr. Baldwin, declined to speak to me inregards to the poor service and the physical assult I endured while waiting over 45 minutes for a refund in the drive thru. When the police arrived the employees lied to the Memphis Police Department to avoid any incarceration that evening, however through the investigation, it has been determined that the employees did exactly what I stated. I look forward to my court date and would advise everyone to stay away from that Krystal's
