Review content:
Awful. Worst customer service I've ever had. They had my car for over a month and the whole time I only received 3 phone calls. Even though they promised to call me about 30 times. Misdiagnosed my car 3 times and wanted to charge me $1300 for repairs that didn't fix the problem. My car is still broken. The manager doesn't act like one. He passes the buck to the impossible-to-reach owner who again doesn't return phone calls. They lie through their teeth. I told the manager that since 1 of their repairs didn't fix the problem, I wanted my part put back in so I don't pay for their's. He told me they threw it away. I finally talked to the owner after a week and he said ""I just put your part back in. It ran like garbage so keep mine."" Which is it? It got thrown away, or you tested it again? They sent my car to the dealer to be repaired without getting my consent. I brought them a part to install in my car. They didn't install it and then lost it, so I had to wait another month to get it back to return it (2 mo. total). After all was done. I paid them $850 and my car is still broken. Avoid them like the plague! Go to your dealer or anywhere else. I wouldn't even trust these guys to vaccum my car after my adventure with them. If I had to pay for a rental car for the month that they had my car I'd be out over a thousand more.
Cons: Too many to list
